We worked with Electronic Arts to reimagine their global account login experience.
Our team was tasked with conceptualising a new signup and authentication flow for EA's hundreds of millions of gamers worldwide, balancing speed, clarity and security across devices, regions and platforms.

We reimagined signup as part of the in-game experience, designed to feel native on console and never pull players out of the moment.

Playful by design.
Games are fun, so the sign-up experience needed to be too. We introduced light gamification across the flow, including a password strength indicator that progressively revealed more of a Plants vs Zombies scene as passwords got stronger.
Never meet your heroes. Unless it's The Sims. They're awesome.
